As an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, I lead a global clinical operations excellence team that leverages data and analytics to design and implement solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and satisfaction for services provided by hospitals. I am motivated by the mission of delivering better healthcare outcomes for patients and communities, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous roles in banking and consulting.
