With over 10 years of experience in the industry, I am a seasoned UX Lead at IBM, where I apply my skills and credentials in user-centered design, user research, and design leadership to create innovative and impactful solutions. I am also a certified usability analyst (HFI-CUA) and the author of a book on user experience and artificial intelligence. As a UX Lead, I work with cross-functional teams to conduct user research and testing, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver designs that are aligned with the business goals and user needs. I am passionate about exploring the potential of generative AI to enhance the user experience and create new value propositions. One of my recent projects involved designing a travel planning app for the next generation of commuters, which won the second runners-up prize in a design competition. I am also a traveler and dreamer who draws inspiration from different cultures and ways of life, and strives to create meaningful experiences for others.
