The first phase of my career as a QA Engineer helped me understand how to lead cross-functional technology teams, and I developed an affinity for working with technologists. In the second phase as Product Manager, I've developed empathy for end users, data-driven thinking, an intuition for solutioning, and skills in stakeholder management. In a career spanning over a decade and multiple industries, I've used these skills to generate value at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and user needs, underscored by the ability to translate complex concepts back and forth between a technical and a business audience.
