As a Lab project set-up Coordinator at IQVIA, I work with global stakeholders and team members to ensure the timely and accurate set-up of laboratory projects for clinical trials. I review data, design databases, and coordinate workflows to meet the clients' specifications and quality standards. I also mentor and support my fellow associates with their tasks and queries. I have been recognized with two awards for people and process excellence in my previous organisation, Labcorp. Thanks to the collaboration and communication skills that I have developed over the years. In the recent times, I have also upskilled myself by diving into the world of CSV. I have gained practical knowledge of validating various QMS like Veeva Quality Docs. Have piloted project works based on LIMS and SAP. I have gained end to end validation experience and have piloted authoring various validation documents like Validation summary report and traceability matrix. I have acquired knowledge on using tools like HP-ALM for testing purposes and have also gained experience in doing risk assessments. I have a strong background in biotechnology, with a Master of Science degree from SRM University and a Bachelor of Science degree, Biotechnology, from Dr. D. Y. Patil Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute. I have also completed multiple certifications in computer system validations, clinical trial management, industrial microbiology, and drug abuse. I have a keen interest in medicine and physiology, and I enjoy applying my knowledge and skills to the field of clinical research. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. In my spare time, I love to travel, sing, and paint.
