Let me start by saying that Poulomi is a wonderful career coach! She knows how to break the ice and kick start a conversation. Her approach to guiding you isn’t black/white i.e. not jumping into your questions directly, but getting deeper sense of where you’re coming from and what has led you to think about the questions you might have. As an aspiring PM, I loved how the conversation unfolded from why-to-what-to-how. Not only did she answer my questions and paved a path, she let me look at this from a lens I didn’t know existed. I highly recommend folks to reach out to Poulomi, just walk into a call with her, one call! And I’m sure you’d walk out of it feeling clear and motivated about your career trajectory ahead.
