Sharing knowledge through storytelling is my passion. I am known to be an empathetic leader and coach across teams both within and outside organization. Not only do i engage in coaching of organizational change management and agility but i also engage in coaching for varied walks of life including career, life, relationships and holistic well being of an individual/group. I believe that people have immense potential that often gets untapped because we are not looking at the window has opened beside the closed door. I use solution focussed approach and transactional analysis to help people deal with anxiety, depression, fear, professional problems, personal issues and career related dilemmas.
