This is when the start of the shadow work begins & innerstanding your shadows (neglected aspects of yourself that you suppress) I will offer you shadow work prompts, healing modalities to keep you balanced and grounded.

Every program has the same offers of services & modalities only the longer programs provide more depth into the services & modalities aswell as the support & benefits that you will eternally reap

Reminder: everyone is on different timelines so the description I give for each of these packs will not apply the same for everyone because everyone is on different time lines so someone might heal a lot faster or slower than someone else, it’s really about taking your time to commit to yourself and being gentle with yourself.
