Poonam Vijay Thakkar (PVT) is an established corporate marketing leader with experience spanning over 23 years, recipient of 15 + national and international Marketing Excellence and Women Leadership Awards. She has led mandates for national and international leading brands such as Aditya Birla Group, Aditya Birla Capital Limited, Sanlam Investment (South Africa), Angel One, Man Industries, The New Indian Express, Vodafone India, RPG Group, and All India Radio to name a few. Since 2018, she is associated with NITI Aayog (Government of India Initiative) as a Mentor of Change driving digital transformation and learning initiatives across the country. Her illustrious corporate experience—rising from an executor to a manager to a leader, leading large teams, turning around businesses with marketing expertise, and earning a seat on the boards of global conglomerates—makes her a unique professional and a people's coach and strategist with first-hand experience of the corporate world, who understands the ground-level challenges of a live corporate environment and empowers professionals and organisations. She is also the founder of ConsciousCORE Leadership, an ancient consciousness and neuroscience based digital platform helping corporate professionals redefine leadership from the core of consciousness. In her coaching arena, she herself specializes in growth mindset coaching and has widely helped students and mid-to-senior level managers on redefining their career growth path. Poonam is an alumna of IIM-Ahmedabad, an MBA from PIMG - with dual specialization in Marketing and BBA - Jiwaji University. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and an internationally certified (International Coach Federation & CAA accredited) Success Conversion Coach and a Yoga Alliance (USA) Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Trainer.
