Hi, I'm Pooja Gupta, I was born and brought up in Alwar. I have done MBA in 2014 specializing in Finance and Marketing. about my hobbies, I love to spend time with family&friends and travel. The most important thing in my life is Schooling which is done with RBSE Board ( Hindi Medium ) m not from CBSE Background and Trust me I faced a lot of rejections but I never give up Everybody will judge you based on your Background, your School, and your college But I worked on it because no one will see your struggle everybody wants the Result Anyways these things can't Stop me from fulfilling my dreams , I continuously Working on my dreams 🕐 I started My career in Marketing I Joined a company which is Alwar based startup and they Hired me as a business development executive in 2017 then I learned about the Digital marketing and Affiliate marketing . I worked on Native ads only for 2 Months later they Shifted me to Facebook ads then I learn about social media marketing. I ran multiple campaigns on Facebook I spend lakhs on Facebook campaigns and Sometimes the ROI on those campaigns was 250% Yes I make it Possible I used to make a Strategy for Every Product Like Developing a plan and Deciding the budget, and audience for Every Campaign on Facebook After one year of working there, I got the award of an employee of the year consecutively for two years 2018 and 2019 I worked on CPL Campaigns and I trained 8-10 members for Facebook Marketing In 2021 December I left Alwar and my job and moved to Gurgaon for a new job, I joined Square yards as a portfolio manager, and now its the end of my comfort zone I moved to Gurgaon and Started working in the SALES I learned a lot in Sales I Developed multiple qualities in myself I communicate with lots of Clients and understand their requirements. I used my social media Skills in the real estate industry and generate leads through the social media platform in 2022 I worked on myself and after working for 8 Months in real estate I left the real estate job I find out that I should make my career in social media only 💯 I worked as a freelancer for a company in the Month of Nov 2022 I handled their Social media profiles and Worked on the Canva tool for making the LinkedIn, Insta and Twitter post Why Social media ❓ Social media will give you Learning and a good career ✅ My Skills Facebook marketing Insta marketing Email marketing Google ads Hubspot And continuously learning Social media Marketing 🕐
