As a Senior UX Researcher at Condé Nast Technology Lab, I help the company empathize with users, and observe and uncover diverse patterns to deliver actionable insights that are meaningful and significant. I use various research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics, to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points across different platforms and products. I have a postgraduate degree in Design Thinking and Innovation from Indian School of Design and Innovation, where I learned how to apply design thinking principles and tools to solve complex problems and generate innovative solutions. I also have a background in interior design, which sparked my interest in creating art on a blank slate and exploring the spaces and dynamics they bring with them. I enjoy engaging both the creative and analytical parts of my brain, and I thrive in ambiguity and challenging briefs.
