I bring with me a wealth of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational development, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. My career began at Edelweiss Life Insurance in 2019, where I served as an HR Business Partner for Corporate functions for two and a half years. Post which, I transitioned into the OD & Culture team, spearheading key D&I initiatives before eventually advancing to my final stint focusing on Talent Management and HR projects. In 2024, I was selected for a rigorous Young HR leadership program led by Jombay and earned the title of "Top 100 under 30 Young HR Leaders in India 2024". I hold a Business Management degree with a specialization in Finance & Accounts from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.My educational background, combined with my professional journey, has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to make a meaningful impact in the field of Human Resources. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to foster positive change and enhance the lives of those around me.
