Ben transforms project stressed-out, overwhelmed, project managers into confident and strategic project leaders. Think of him as an executive coach for project managers! With over 20+ years of work experience in leading different projects across various industries (including project rescue situations), he noticed a gap of support for project managers in challenging project situations. In analyzing the different factors and commonalities for project manager success, he developed his coaching practice to support PMs to be more resilient, confident, strategic, and ultimately more successful. In addition to his work, he also volunteers as a mentor for the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership (CCAL), hosts the project leadership-focused podcast, the Organized Chaos Café, and had volunteered as the former VP of Professional Development for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter (SAC). He also has spoken at multiple PMI chapters across Canada and the US on topics of leadership, coaching, and professional branding. Ben graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and holds certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
