Hey, I’m Neha – A Flight & Ground Instructor, Mechanical Engineer, and the human behind Plane & Prop aka Founder & Director.

I’ve always been obsessed with how machines work— Especially the ones that fly. After working on workplace retention and people-first systems, I found myself drawn back to what I love most: Aircraft, Aviation Safety, and helping others grow.

As someone who’s trained in the U.S. and mentored students across cultures, I now focus on guiding aspiring aviators through the many twists and turns of this industry. My strengths lie in listening, simplifying the complicated, and offering clarity where there’s confusion.

What makes me happiest? Teaching. And helping you see the sky as something that’s actually within reach.
