I am a Site Reliability / Platform Engineer with 11+ years of experience working across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, and observability. My work focuses on building reliable, scalable systems by embedding reliability early in design — defining SLOs and SLIs, implementing SLO-based alerting, improving release readiness, and automating operational workflows. I have worked closely with architects and product engineering teams to design cloud-native platforms on AWS, operate Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, and build internal tooling that eliminates repetitive operational work. I enjoy solving complex reliability problems, mentoring and guiding engineers, and helping teams move from reactive firefighting to proactive, data-driven reliability practices. My motivation comes from turning incidents and pain points into long-term platform improvements.
