From getting disqualified to sit in my Btech Placements, to working with to get 8 companies in the ONE GO! Currently working with EPAM and worked with COGNIZANT & ACCENTURE (Selected for AMAZON too) Algorithm is that Every problem has a solution. You just need to find it. 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞, 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦. So, the Placement season had started. It was the month of August. 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌 𝟏: 📌I had done a lot of problem solving in my Btech. But still, I wasn't able to clear the online assessments initially. Well, it was time to sit and figure out why. So, the problem, that I figured, was that my brain wasnt able to think amidst the noise of the classroom and yes, less contests. 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Bought a mediation plug and started giving leetcode virtual contests (2 per day) sitting in the classroom. ------------ 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌 𝟐: 📌Now was able to clear OAs, but got stuck in interviews. Figured, that my brain is getting nervous in front of the interviewer. 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: started giving mocks to my friends and focused on communication skills. ------------ 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌 𝟑: 📌Then, the day came. When I got selected for the interview of my dream company. But socho luck, failed in the HR round. This happened couple of times. 😒 I was devastated. Demoralised, but I picked myself up. You know what was my inspiration : "if backs and no job in Btech couldn't stop me, what can stop me now?" 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: So, the SOLUTION was the positive attitude. And the next company was AMAZON.💫 And yes, package and role was even better than the dream company. And, Right now I am lucky enough to work on some cutting edge technology of the future. So my friend, what I want to convey to you is for every problem, there is a solution.
