Hi, I’m Piyusha - an I/O Psychologist, founder, corporate wellness & HR consultant, and digital creator passionate about making psychology practical, accessible, and useful in the real world. I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have experience working across psychology, HR, recruitment, business development, workplace wellness, and professional development. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with clients and markets across India, the US, and Canada, giving me exposure to international recruitment, talent acquisition, workplace dynamics, business communication, and cross-cultural professional environments. I’m also the Founder of Serenaya Wellness, a venture focused on helping organizations, universities, and communities build healthier, more mindful and engaging environments through workshops, experiences, and workplace wellness initiatives. Alongside this, I’ve built experience in HR consulting, recruitment, psychometric assessments, employee wellbeing, social media, content creation, and entrepreneurship. I’m also a certified NLP Master Practitioner and have completed programs including the McKinsey Forward Program and Google Gen AI Exchange. I enjoy turning what I’ve learned through psychology, work, entrepreneurship, and real-world experience into practical resources that people can actually use, whether that’s career guides, templates, frameworks, workbooks, skill-building resources, or professional development tools.
