With over 14 years of experience in Distributed Systems, Cloud computing, AI, ML, & web development, I am a Software Development Manager III at Amazon, where I lead a team of engineers who design and develop cutting-edge Generative AI and ML based distributed systems and services for voice assistants. I have multiple patents for a novel MultiAgent platform that enables device makers and service providers to create customized and branded voice assistants on top of Alexa technology. I am passionate about solving complex and ambiguous problems through innovation and collaboration. I have successfully launched the Disney Voice Assistant in Disney Resorts, which provides a unique and immersive experience for guests and staff.
