I co-founded The Optimist Citizen with the simple idea of stimulating positive actions through positive news, and it grew into India's First Purely Positive Newspaper, reaching 15,000+ print readers across 27 cities of India and 15 million digital readers at its peak. Along the way, I led a dedicated team, expanded our reach nationwide, and diversified our revenue streams, even securing funding for 500+ organizations. An incredible journey earned us a spot in Forbes Asia 30 Under 30. Unfortunately, post-COVID, we made the tough decision to shut it down due to dwindling trends in the print industry and a failed acquisition attempt. Afterward, I worked with a global e-learning company in London, managing its commercial operations and strategy with a team of colleagues from five continents. I redesigned complex processes to optimize the logistics of live coaching across multiple time zones, significantly reducing errors and improving efficiency. I also developed financial models that became critical tools for the commercial strategy. This role allowed me to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making a tangible impact in a dynamic, global environment. I now lead portfolio management at WTFund, investing and supporting young founders in India under the age of 25.
