I am current working as the Strategy Manager at Manomay Consultancy Services-a boutique Insurtech Consultancy working in the Caribbean and US market. In my current role, I work closely with the CEO and Leadership on projects for Growth, GTM Strategy, streamlining processes and long-term strategy for x to 11x growth at Manomay. I have over 10 years of experience in Insurance and Technology, and I am experienced in Strategy & Operations, Business Development and Consulting. I am passionate about solving complex problems, learning new things and creating value for customers and stakeholders. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my four-legged son, working out, trying different kinds of food, writing and traveling.
