Additionally, I was honored with a patent for my groundbreaking work on improving the acquisition and analysis of ophthalmic diagnostic data with Carl Zeiss Meditec. Over the years, I have honed my craft, conducting 1000+ user interviews for 50+ organizations like GE Health, Boston Scientific, Amgen, Varian Medical Systems, PatientsLikeMe, Daimler AG, Genesys, PwC, Intel, NetApp and Practice Fusion establishing compelling design system strategies. My passion for knowledge-sharing led me to develop a curriculum for Designing Brand Experiences and facilitating public and corporate training on product design research methods.
