**Why am I an excellent mentor?** Above everything else, I am excited to always share what I have learnt with others, to help them get the required guidance in their data science journey. I bring to the table a decade (14+ years) of experience in solving analytical problems from multiple domains like sales, retail, supply chain, airlines and product insurance. I am better placed to understand transitions like no other. I did my engineering in Electrical. Got an opportunity in building ETL pipelines for a sports giant. I completed my MBA in finance and started my career in advanced analytics in a service-based company. Later on, I moved to a product-based company. Though I believe one should not attempt to be a tool expert but rather a problem solver, I can of course guide you in multiple tools and programming languages, if need be. I have worked on SQL, HQL, Python, R, PySpark, SPSS, Tableau and PowerBI to name a few. I am a firm believer of winners and learners. Yes, I have had multiple failures along my journey, and I like sharing these experiences with others. There can be no better teacher than our failures. And for those of you, who probably are more comfortable creating a personal connect through vernacular languages, I am adapt in English, Bengali, Oriya and Hindi :)
