I am a consultant psychotherapist and CBT therapist. With a profound experience in therapy & mental health, I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from Emergency rooms, Critical and cardiac care units to Psychiatry In-house and OPDs. I have handled psychiatric emergencies effectively and have been a very self satisfied practising psychotherapist specialising in CBT. The core of liaison psychiatry is in collaborating with non-psychiatry medical consultants and extending help to provide a complete health care. Since teaching is my passion, I have been actively involved in conducting mental health awareness talks and seminars across health and corporate sector. I have also conducted a lot of TV show talks to spread awareness on mental health & mental illness. I am presently personally mentoring a post graduate student in Shalby Academy in the module of mental health. I have published research papers and case studies involving very unique and difficult to treat cases. I believe in working as a part of the larger team of professionals who are committed to providing better mental health services.
