Greetings! I am Phani Kondeti, fueled by compassion, empathy, and a profound love for all life on our planet. My life's path has cultivated in me an optimism in the face of challenges and a sense of adventure in the ordinary. I'm immensely grateful for my internships at Infosys and my work with Oracle, which enriched my personal and professional growth. However, a resolute belief in 'Doing More' for the world guided me away from the corporate realm. I embarked on a UPSC journey, striving to become an Administrative Servant. After 5 Prelims, 2 Mains, and 1 Interview, I reached the age limit, finding myself back at the starting point. Irrespective of the ultimate outcome, my UPSC preparation has left an indelible mark. It has shaped me into a better individual, a more conscientious citizen, and a more empathetic human being. It expanded my horizons, deepening my understanding of the world and the pressing social issues we all encounter daily. Now, the fervent passion to 'Do More' for the world is crystallizing into 'Citijan,' a new journey I'm embarking upon. Citijan is a platform with the ambition of making democracy more accessible and participatory through technology. I am captivated by the vision of a well-informed and engaged citizenry, and my path is guided by an aspiration to forge a better world through enhanced democracy. I'm thrilled to connect with fellow enthusiasts, experts, and organizations that share a common vision of shaping the future of democracy.
