Current Responsibility: - Owning overall Quality for my Assigned Project & Delivery. - Task allocation for all team members - Hiring the right QA/SDET for my team & helping them to achieve my Project goal with multiple KT plans. - Prepare different Test documents & Test process for my Project like - Test Plan, Test Strategy & Checklist based sanity testing whichever best suited. - Test case Review to ensure all test scenarios are covered - Triaging all Productions Bug with Internal & External team & Identifying the right owner to fix, Restest & close via INC channel. - Coordinating with the onsite team for any clarification and planning - Conducting walkthroughs and meetings with the development team to bridge any gap in SRS/PRD - Ensuring proper documentation of Release notes, User guides, Demo - Coordinating with QA Manager/Director in analyzing new enhancements and feature requests for products and giving inputs to Product Management during the Bug Triage meeting. - Using advanced technology for Mobile App testing like - Browserstack & headspin for app related testing. Automation & Leadership : - Solutioning the Framework requirements & Architecture & Identifying the right tool for automation. - Building Automation Framework from scratch and helping team to increase the coverages. - Identifying complex cases for Automation & Automate those flows - Daily Automated Test analysis by Team & fixing Automation bugs. - Preparation of QA Metrics and report to QA Director/Engineer Director/President & Leaderships. - Running Multiple Quality Initiatives for improving quality as well as Improving other's QA Skills - Review Quarterly feedback for improvements for myself & my team & help them accelerate their career.
