I started my career as a software engineer and, over the last 19 years, have gradually moved through different parts of the technology journey - from writing code and designing systems to building products and leading large engineering organizations. I’ve spent a significant part of my career in FinTech, working with organizations such as TCS, Morgan Stanley, IBM, NatWest, Pitney Bowes and Clearwater Analytics. More recently, I’ve been deeply involved in Generative AI and Agentic AI - exploring how technologies like LLMs, RAG, agents, MCP, Machine Learning can solve real business problems rather than remain interesting POCs. One thing I've learned through my career is that technology decisions are rarely just about technology. Architecture, product thinking, business priorities, team structure, execution and people all have to come together to build something that actually works. That's the perspective I bring to my mentoring conversations. Whether you're an engineer trying to move into AI, an architect figuring out how to design an AI system, an aspiring engineering manager, or a founder/leader thinking about an AI product, I enjoy having practical conversations around the problem you're actually trying to solve. I don't believe in giving generic career advice or throwing buzzwords at technical problems. I'd rather understand your situation, challenge your thinking where needed, and help you come away with a clearer direction and a practical next step.
