Ezeafulukwe Peace Adetutu, GMNSE is a civil engineering graduate from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Nigeria. She is a tenacious and energetic young lady passionate about engineering, HSE and entreprenuership. Her dream is to build a world class construction company that marries state-of-the-art technology with the built environment. She has attended 2 custom-executive business trainings at Lagos Business School and is an alumna of McKinsey's Forward Africa training where she learnt to build necessary skills needed for the future of work. She is also an alumna of QHSES Academy, where she learnt basics of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability so as to grow her safety career in the construction industry. She is a founding partner of AfriCAD Alliance - a design and engineering startup that fosters pan-African collaboration; and is currently building her real estate startup, openhouse. She is a graduate member of some professional bodies such as The Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), The Nigerian Institution of Safety Engineers (NISafetyE) and a member of the International Association of Engineers(IAENG). She is an active young engineer of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Ikeja Branch and was awarded the Branch's Young Engineer of the month of July 2022. Peace loves to network and add value in every system she finds herself. She has built a community of over 130 individuals who are passionate about growth and development, where they share updates and opportunities with the sole aim of growing together.
