Who This Cohort Is For

• Early to mid-career professionals aiming to get a job in Europe (Germany, Nordics, UK, EU)

• Candidates struggling with European CVs, cover letters, job portals, and clarity on where to apply

• High-intent job seekers who want a structured, realistic job-search plan instead of scattered YouTube/Google advice

• Professionals applying from India or outside the EU who need clarity on hiring practices for non-EU candidates.

Core Outcome (What They Walk Away With)

In 6 weeks, participants will:

• Identify which European countries and roles are realistic for their profile

• Build an ATS-friendly European CV and cover letter using formats that have helped candidates reach companies like SAP Germany, Bosch, Mercedes, Adidas, Wipro, NTT Data, Northvolt, and more

• Learn country-specific job-search strategies and portals for Germany, UK, Nordics, Netherlands, and wider Europe

• Set up a repeatable job-application system instead of random applying

• Walk away with a clear 6–12 month Europe job plan

• PLUS: One personalised 1:1 session with Payal for profile strategy or CV/cover letter review (scheduled in Week 4–5)
