I am a design graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, boasting over 12 years of experience in crafting, leading, and elevating product experiences across prominent brands such as Cure.fit, Zilingo, Myntra, Cognizant, and more. My contributions have consistently resulted in category-defining experiences. During my tenure as Head of Design at Zilingo, I held the responsibility of ensuring the quality of every pixel reaching users worldwide. Leading a dynamic team of UX designers, graphic designers, and UX researchers, we collaborated to shape the product experience holistically. At Myntra, I played a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, contributing to the success of one of India's largest fashion e-commerce platforms. I have previously led teams and made significant individual contributions to strategic projects, focusing on user engagement, retention, and conversion. Additionally, I utilized cutting-edge AR technology to develop immersive games aimed at driving user acquisition. Currently, I serve as Director of UX at Salesforce, dedicated to delivering world-class CRM solutions for businesses.
