As a release train engineer at Sonepar, a global leader in B2B electrical distribution, I leverage my 9+ years of experience in leading and coaching agile teams across various industries to facilitate their successful transition from Scrum to SAFe framework. In my current role, I manage 15 remote teams located in Europe, Canada, and the USA, and I am responsible for restructuring the organization, teams, and Jira, and conducting effective PI planning. I also train, mentor, and influence individuals, scrum masters, and product owners on how to adopt the agile mindset and best practices that foster collaboration, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, I am a professional yoga trainer, and I use this skill to promote well-being, balance, and resilience among my teams and stakeholders.
