In my role as the General Manager and Country Head for Abbott's Structural Heart business, I had led a dynamic and passionate team that covered 22 countries in India, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Korea. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, banking, FMCG industries and consulting, I have developed and commercialized innovative business models that enable organizations to reach new segments, geographies, and customers. I led the introduction of new therapies and product lines which increased the topline by almost 30-40%. Entering new and faster growing geographies led to providing best healthcare products and care to patients in remote and far off places. My passion is to touch as many lives be it the patients/ customers, my teams across markets and most important my stakeholders both internal and external. I am also an inclusive leader who is very passionate about people development, diversity and inclusion, and women leadership.
