At Paytm, I was part of the Merchant Growth team, driving results by crafting seamless customer journeys and planning campaigns for Paytm for Business App / WhatsApp / SMS to grow online sales of the Paytm Soundbox, and the merchant transactions on Paytm QR & device ecosystem. I strategized to prevent churn and enhance Soundbox usage by analyzing the merchant cohorts, considering geography, demographics, and behavior. My toolkit includes Clevertap, Zoho CRM, Mo-engage, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Figma, and more. I hold an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Com. (Hons) from Banaras Hindu University. Previously, I was a Management Trainee at Logophilia Education, orchestrating the design, development, and roll-out of learning products, and online growth initiatives.
