Creating engaging content for 365 days straight, via my handle- @WittyBaalak on Instagram and reaching a community of 10k followers, in 2020-21 2. Co-founding and growing one of India's first collaborative audio platforms @Earlyapp, in 2019 3. Launching Radio Mirchi with some kickass content for the 1st time in the USA, in 2018 4. Crafting IWM Buzz gold award-winning podcast (Point Pe Aao Na) in 2023, while leading script development for a couple of the most loved audio shows @Spotify India, at MnM Talkies 5. Creating branded video content as an independent agency (FirstSip Creatives) for Indian & international brands, 2023-2024 6. Conceptualizing original content ideas with the initial MX Studios team, in 2021-22 7. Strategizing and 'cracking' growth for hit shows for Pocket FM US audience, in 2024. 8. Developing and writing pilots and feature screenplays for my own stories, in 2024-25 9. Working as one of the initial members at TVF Delhi(The Timeliners)and co-writing 10+ sketch videos and 3 episodes for the well-received Zee5 series: THE AAM AADMI FAMILY, in 2016-17. 10.
