Over the past decade, I’ve been working at the intersection of teams, delivery, and technology - helping organizations move from scattered execution to predictable, high-quality outcomes. My core strength lies in enabling teams to operate at their best. Whether it’s improving delivery flow, resolving cross-team dependencies, or bringing clarity to complex programs, I focus on creating an environment where teams can consistently deliver value. At News Corp (News UK), I worked on large-scale CMS platforms, real-time analytics, and digital publishing ecosystems that supported high-traffic editorial platforms. I also had the opportunity to contribute to Nike as a contractor, where I operated in a fast-paced, distributed setup, strengthening my ability to drive execution across teams and geographies. More recently, I’ve been leading multiple squads in data and platform engineering programs, focusing on improving delivery visibility, aligning engineering efforts with business priorities, and driving continuous improvement using metrics and insights. I’m particularly interested in how data, automation, and emerging AI can simplify delivery and help teams make better decisions, faster.
