● Standardize technical capabilities, co-create, and leverage common components to solve complex business problems. ● Drive architecture of services provided by Business Solutions (tech assessment, migration roadmap, POC, MVPs). ● Foster standardization of Business Solution’s services as Common Capabilities (Design Authority, Digital Governance Framework, Business cases). ● Qualify ideas, conduct workshops, build product backlog, prioritize packages, plan scope, and communicate roadmap to internal/ external stakeholders on Order Management product. ● Gap analysis, Impact assessment, estimate TCO and support decision making. ● Produce the product roadmap, Work Base structure to stakeholders and agree the scope.
