With over 9+ years of experience in business analytics, project management, and vendor management, I am an Entrepreneurial Lead at Connecticut Center For Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CCEI), where I work on developing reliable machine learning classifiers based on health behavior indicators that recommend health risk mitigating methods, future lifestyle, and workaround solutions. I am also a member of CTNext and World Leisure Organization, two networks that support entrepreneurial activities in Connecticut and around the world. In my previous role as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte US Rewards, Recognition & Well-being, I used various analytical tools and techniques to assess clients' needs, document requirements, identify process impacts, and provide detailed reports to the stakeholders in a broad cross-section of industries. I worked with clients such as Shell, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, and Starbucks, and received the Elevate to Win Ignite 2020 Award from the CIO of Deloitte for proposing new practices that enhance workplace experience. I am also a certified meditation guide, a CPD certified resilience practitioner, and a certified QlikSense analytics development practitioner, as well as a blogger and a podcaster by passion. I believe in continuous learning and unlearning, and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Business Analytics & Project Management at University of Connecticut School of Business, where I am gaining exposure to data science, statistics, predictive modeling, deep learning, big data, cloud computing, data mining, business intelligence, data management, business decision modeling, and project leadership and communication.
