Morgan, New York & Mumbai, on various IPOs/FPOs and M&As in the Consumer & Retail space, including the $3.3bn acquisition of Tropicana by PAI Partners and the $9.6bn sale of Subway to Roark Capital. I also have experience in financial due diligence and transactions advisory services at EY M&A for the Americas region, covering sectors such as Oil & Gas, Consumer Product & Retail, TMT, and Aviation. I hold an M.B.A. from IMT Ghaziabad, where I was awarded lifetime membership of Beta Gamma Sigma for high scholastic achievement. I also have multiple certifications in capital markets and equity dealing from the National Stock Exchange of India and Benchmark Six Sigma. I am passionate about finance and investing, and have interned with Goldman Sachs, DBS Bank, and PwC in the past.
