My name is Parth Pariwandh. I am a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate student of Jadavpur University and belong to the batch of 2023-2027. I am planning to take GATE, ESE, CAT, and UPSC exams during my undergraduate period. My areas of academic interest are machines and mechanics, software applications, mathematics, dharmic history, and Indian civil and socio-political administrative studies. I passed the XII standard from Army Public School, Kolkata. I have attained a grade of 85% in science-1 from the 12th CBSE Board Examination, under which the subject of computer science falls. I completed my high school in July 2022. I was part of the top 3% of India's 1.4 million students for IIT JEE, WBJEE, and BITSAT and fell under the top 1% for CUET-UG in mathematics and physics to top Delhi university colleges, thereby indicating my good performance in mathematics and physics. In addition, I have succeeded in several other competitive tests. I at one point qualified for the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad by scoring around 40 marks in IQOM and also got a National Math Merit Certificate as a central part of the Official National Math Olympiads. I also scored well in management entrance exams; IPMAT called me in for interviews at IIM Indore, and I got provisionally selected for the same in NALSAR Hyderabad, the IIM Bangalore DBE Program, and the IIT Madras Zanzibar Campus in Engineering, and I successfully got an interview invitation for the IIT Mandi IPM Program and, of course, the SSB of the National Defence Academy on my very first attempt. I am just a simple person with aspirational ideas that are hard-working, smart in ethics, and motivated towards achieving set targets if I ever come to be passionate about something.
