I am a second-year student at XLRI Jamshedpur, pursuing Human Resource Management as part of the 2022-2024 batch. During my academic journey, I had the privilege of interning with Mahindra Group. I am delighted to receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for their prestigious Group Management Cadre (GMC) leadership role. Consequently, I will be joining the program next year. Prior to my MBA, I had the privilege of completing my Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MIT Manipal. Post this, I gained over two years of valuable work experience as an Associate at Deloitte USI (RFA) in the Cyber & Strategic Risk market offering. Beyond my professional endeavours, I find great fulfilment in assisting MBA aspirants with their applications and exam preparations. Additionally, I actively support first-year students with CV reviews, mock interviews, and other preparations to excel in the upcoming placement season. Empowering others to achieve their goals is something I am truly passionate about.
