Position

3D Visualizer – Architect (B.Arch Mandatory)

Experience

2–5 Years

Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
• Experience in Luxury Villas, Premium Residences, Farmhouses, or Hospitality projects is preferred.

Required Skills

• SketchUp (Google SketchUp)
• D5 Render
• Lumion
• Enscape
• AutoCAD (2D Working Drawings)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Revit (Preferred)
• Strong understanding of Feet & Inches measurements
• Material selection, lighting, textures, and photorealistic rendering

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior 3D visualizations.
• Develop 3D models and walkthroughs for luxury villa and farmhouse projects.
• Convert architectural drawings into detailed 3D models.
• Produce presentation-quality renders using SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Coordinate with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure design accuracy.
• Apply materials, lighting, landscaping, and textures for realistic visual output.
• Incorporate client and management feedback into design revisions.
• Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining Avillion Farms' premium quality standards.

Preferred Candidate

• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or villa projects.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Immediate Joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
