One on one coaching

Career coaching is vast subject. Circumstances vary for each individual. So, I would first like to hear from the candidate about his/her expectations from the session. It can be with respect to career planning, how to make oneself fit for a new role he/she is embarking on, it can be with respect to a dilemma someone is facing, or it can be simply to deal with day to issues faced by someone in the workplace.

I am sure, with over 3 decades of experience in the IT Industry and having worked in both Sales, Presales and Delivery Leadership and strategic roles, I will be able to guide and make a positive impact.
