Today, I lead Operations and People Practices at SatSure, a Series A deep-tech startup. From driving large-scale delivery to shaping company-wide people practices, I work at the intersection of execution and design. Previously, I served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, working across strategy, product, marketing, and leadership development. Before that, I spent over 8 years at ISRO, leading satellite and payload operations, managing 30+ engineers, and contributing to the successful launch of 17+ space missions.
