About me

I am currently working in a quantitative research role (Multi-Asset Solutions Senior Associate) focused on volatility and dispersion derivative product development and empirical market microstructure research. On the product development side, I am working on creating product specifications on an implied dispersion futures contract and have enhanced implied correlation index methodologies to launch COR3M as a complementary indicator successfully. On the research side, I leveraged econometric and machine learning methods to identify VX Future TPH trading strategies, estimate institutional risk profiles, and analyze market maker quoting behavior. Cboe has given me a solid foundation in equity derivative markets, structured product development, and volatility research. Through my Master of a Finance degree at MIT Sloan, I strengthened and broadened my knowledge of various financial disciplines and complemented it with a robust foundation in financial mathematics and analytics through a highly integrative rigorous curriculum. Additionally, the MFIN Program allowed me to tailor my past knowledge and experiences to recognize significant disruptions in the financial industry and mold myself to leverage financial innovation. Earlier, I completed with High Distinction a dual degree in Business (BBA) and Economics (BS), and minored in Financial Mathematics at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (Stephen M. Ross School of Business). Through my undergraduate program at Ross, I explored various facets of finance through my coursework in financial mathematics & quantitative finance, computer science, corporate finance, portfolio management, private equity and M&A, and economics. I developed a quantitative foundation in econometrics and mathematics and used these concepts to strengthen my understanding of the major principles underlying asset valuation and trading.
