𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿: After over a decade of clinical training and work as a junior resident doctor (dental surgeon to be precise) in one of northeastern India's largest government hospitals, I realized my true passion lies beyond patient care. I was drawn to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries because of the vast opportunities for learning and growth. I got into corporate roles (starting with the medical affairs function) because I felt I could provide care to patients in a more fascinating way by using a different approach. 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲: Over the past 7.5 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, I've held various roles spanning the healthcare industry, including: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗦𝗟) 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of the dynamics of the pharmaceutical sector, from government hospitals and private clinics to hospital administration and pharma MNCs. 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆- 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: I currently work as a dedicated marketing professional with over 2.5 years of clinical and 5 years of marketing experience (B2C and B2B) in the pharma industry. In my role at Freyr Solutions, one of the world's largest international regulatory consulting firms, I oversee the global marketing strategy for its pharmaceutical business. My journey from clinical care to healthcare marketing has been driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to make a broader impact in the industry I love.
