HOW THE THREE HOURS WORK

We first prioritise your tasks, map inputs and outputs, develop reusable instructions, then test examples and exceptions. You practise reviewing factual accuracy, source quality and suitability for your work. Time saved depends on your tasks and how you apply the workflows; there is no guaranteed productivity figure.

GETTING READY

Share your role and the three tasks that take most of your week. Bring anonymised samples and access to the tools you wish to use. Software subscriptions, APIs and hosting are separate. Complex production integrations and ongoing maintenance require a separate scope.
