Started my journey as Tester and after working for more than 2 years I realized this is not what I want to do, Then moved to TA field with intention of helping people as a fresher and started loving the journey with great learnings. As I am also a candidate when I look for change at those time I faced lot or problems during the interviews like recruiter ghosting, no proper updates after interviews, no transparency etc. So I just want to provide best experience to everyone through out the process.
