Corporate setup interlinked with politics can be a scary place for some new/ less experience.

Purpose of this call is to mentor you:

1. Understand the problem at hand
2. Discuss specific feedback
3. Chart out a progress plan with milestones

Example questions -

• Can you review my resume and give feedback?
• I work in X and have accomplished Y. What would you do to get promoted as fast as possible?
• I'm having team issues related to X and Y
