I started my Entrepreneurial Journey after a successful corporate career of 26 years. I resigned as a Director in April 2003, when I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. What was the reason? 1. To reduce stress, because I worked very hard and had to follow directions of the board, directions which did not align with my thinking. 2. It was my dream since college days. I've been happy since then. Do you know that you normally take 20 years to learn before you share your experience and knowledge with others to mentor them? That is what happened with me. I have written a book on Kidney Care. I am now writing one about generating income from your Passion, which I will publish next year. My traits: a) Open Minded b) Keen listener c) Always wanting to push frontiers to help self growth in self and all associated with me. I have now upgraded my role from managing my business to mentoring it and being a coach to those interested in: 1. Self-care for health and happy life 2. Starting your own business/ scaling up your business 3. Passive income.
