I am currently performing the role of Business Partner HR with Danone India, handling more than 100 employees for the field Sales team under my span and helping grow business. Prior to this I have worked as an HRBP for Wipro Technologies, handling more than 700 employees. As an HRBP at Wipro, I also supported a BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) project with a leading Automotive Firm. I assisted in program managing Performance Appraisals for over 17,000 employees across Wipro Engineering. I also program managed Talent Review and Planning process for 5000+ employees across the unit. I have an MBA in Human Resources from SCMHRD, Pune. While pursuing MBA, I have had experience of working in the domains of Employee Engagement, L&D and TA for prominent FMCG organizations like ITC and Tata Consumer Products. I have also been a case study enthusiast with exemplary performance in some national level Competitions.
