Playing a dual role of a Teacher and a Mental Health Professional is quite challenging as well as interesting; full of opportunities to grow and develop. In a journey of being a Mentor and Teacher of Clinical Psychology since past 1 year. Being a teacher, my goal is not only to make my students comprehend the syllabus; but also make them enough reflective about it. I always thrive to break the stigmas related to mental health of the mental health professionals, and encourage my students to take care of themselves at first, as the charity begins from home. As a Mental Health Worker (R.C.I Licensed Clinical Psychologist, valid and active CRR holder) I always try to understand the holistic perspective of my client's view and the view of the environment client deals with.
