I have graduated with my bachelor's degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Noida. I am interested in policy formulation and litigation. Squarely looking at IPR and technology. I have interned at Lex Favios where I was exposed to various diverse legal matters and worked in various areas including corporate and commercial laws. I have assisted in preparing case notes with all facts and observations pertaining to Moratorium order (Section 14 IBC) and Complaint before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission alleging negligence. I have also assisted in preparing notes on the RBI notification, Code of Wages Act 2019 and prepared an article on the POSH law 2013 and also assisted in research on latest notifications issued by SEBI, RBI, MCA, FIPP etc. I have interned at De Jure Nexus Law Journal wherein I wrote 3 articles related to IPR. The first article was Data Privacy according to the new laws, second one was IPR and its growth in India and last one was Trademark Infringement Rights- Analysis through judicial precedences. I have interned at Hamari Pahchan NGO where in I worked as a social entrepreneur. My primary work included Research, Social Media campaigning, working on legal aspects, being a social entrepreneur and providing community service. I have interned at Scriboard wherein I assisted the firm in preparing several opinions and advisories on legal compliance under the Information Technology Act, 2000. I also prepared several case summaries on decisions related to Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology Rules 2011 and the Indian Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023. I have worked under Ms. Aishwarya Sandeep, who is a practicing advocate based out of Mumbai with 13 years of experience. I wrote 10 articles on the topic of cyber laws and IPR including Cyber jurisdiction, Budapest treaty, international application of patent act, scope of computer program under copyright etc. I have published multiple papers in various journals including De Jure Nexus Law Journal, Jus Corpus, International Journal of Law, Management and Humanities and in various books including Justice Dipak Mishra’s book on Global Thoughts and Opinions, Lex Manthan and Changing Facets of Law and Legal Framework and has also done a paper presentation titled Constitutional Recognition of the Right to Environment in India” at the International E- Conference on Law and Society organised by Centre for Human Rights Law and Policy, School of Legal Studies, REVA University, Bengaluru, India.
